You'll be swimming and running three times each and there will be medals for all and fun prizes for the female/male champ and runners up in both of the adults and junior races. This is a 'no pressure' event and is all about experiencing something different. Open to members and non members. You don't need fancy gear just lots of enthusiasm.
Distances: (Swim = S, Run = R)
S1, 750m, R1, 3.9km (3 laps of Dock)
S2, 450M, R2, 2.6km (2 laps)
S3, 250m, R3, 1.3km (1 lap)
In Total - 1,450m swimming, 7.8km running
Entry: Solo: £20.00 (Adults), Juniors (10-15yrs): £10.00. Relays, (3 people, 10+ yrs): £30.00

Manchester Swimrun (MSR) is coming back to Town after last years successful first event! As this new sporting sensation sweeps the Globe MSR participants can now experience the excitement of this unique event in a conveniently central location. No need to travel to ÖTILLÖ in Sweden when you've got MSR in Manc!
Distances: MSR involves 1,450m of open water swimming and 10km of trail running.
Swim One - 350m, Run One - 2.7km
Swim Two - 750m, Run Two - 5km
Swim Three - 350m, Run Three - 2.7km
