To get you in great shape we organise 'Masterclasses', 1-2-1's and coached training swims - indoor (Winter) and outdoors (Summer) - to develop the skills and fitness to swim efficiently.

Swimming is technical and inefficient technique will limit us.

Our ASA Qualified Swim Coaches equip swimmers with the tools to be the very best they can be and, ultimately, become UNLIMITED!

Meet Reception 08:30 (coffee), Swim One, 09:00-10:00, Theory (Studio) 10:00-11:00, Land Training (Gym) 11:00-11.45, Swim Two, 12:00-13:00. Finish.

Kit Required

Swimmers will be in the water twice as well as being on land so swim kit and comfortable training clothes are required. 


The masterclass is suitable for swimmers from beginners to advanced.

Join our monthly 90 minute Endurance Masterclasses and train in the fantastic 50m training pool at the Manchester Aquatics Centre under the guidance of experienced and qualified Swim Coaches. 


Swims run on a Saturday in each month from until April and are designed to 'push your boundaries' as well as being informative and fun (improvements guaranteed :)

 

You will receive a stroke analysis feedback sheet at the session specific to you, notes on what you need to focus on for the following month and several swim sessions to use to assist with the improvements.


Places will be limited but you don't need to attend them all, but, consistency = improvement.


*Sessions suitable for all swimmer levels (except novices). Note that there are no transfers or refunds available once the swims are booked. 


1-2-1 Swim Tuition

Fridays - 4 x 45 minute sessions running from 7.30-10.30am.


The sessions are tailored to your needs, include video analysis and provide a detailed evaluation of your current swim stroke. Corrective practices are then provided to improve every aspect of your stroke to take you to the 'next level'.

Dave Quartermain


As Founder of Uswim Dave has a passion for open water swimming that has taken him to places such as the US and South Africa (to swim around Manhattan Island, first Brit winner) and also attempt the English Channel. As one of the UK's top open water swimmers in the late '90's he set up Uswim to provide safely supervised open water swims in the Northwest (UK). Since then Uswim has welcomed over 100,000 people - and counting - into the open water. 

Learning to swim in the canal outside his home in Marple seems a lifetime ago!
